Welcome to your lakeside home-away-from-home on beautiful Lake Hamilton! Our modern and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect base for your Hot Springs adventure. The heart of our home is the open living area, where you can relax on the comfortable sleeper sofa in front of the wood-burning fireplace or watch a movie on the smart TV. This space opens onto a private, furnished balcony—the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening glass of wine while soaking in the stunning water views. Our condo comfortably sleeps up to six guests. The primary bedroom features a restful king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom for privacy. The second bedroom contains a queen-sized bed, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional space. You'll have everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite meals. For your convenience, we also provide an in-unit washer and dryer and central air conditioning. As our guest, you'll have full access to the shared community swimming pool. Bringing your boat? We have a designated boat slip waiting for you! (Just no trailer or boat parking) We've designed our space to be a comfortable and stylish retreat and can't wait to host you!

Several marinas and boat rental locations are just a few minutes away if you want to get out on the water. Attractions Within a Short Drive: Historic Downtown & Bathhouse Row (10-15 min drive): Explore the famous hot springs, unique shops, art galleries, and historic architecture of Hot Springs National Park. Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort (10 min drive): A premier destination for horse racing, gaming, and live entertainment. Garvan Woodland Gardens (15 min drive): A stunning 210-acre botanical garden on a Lake Hamilton peninsula. Having your own vehicle is highly recommended to fully experience Hot Springs and the surrounding area. Our condo provides free, dedicated on-site parking for your convenience. By Car: Most of the city's attractions, including the historic downtown, Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, and Garvan Woodland Gardens, are a short 10-15 minute drive away. Ride-Sharing & Taxis: Uber and Lyft are readily available and are a fantastic, hassle-free way to get around. We highly recommend using them for trips to the downtown historic district—where parking can be limited—or for a safe ride home after an evening out. By Boat: With access to our boat slip, one of the best ways to get around is on the water! You can easily cruise to popular lakeside restaurants, find a quiet cove for a swim, or simply explore the beautiful shoreline of Lake Hamilton. Downtown Parking: If you choose to drive downtown, you can find metered street parking as well as several paid public parking garages. The garage located on Exchange Street is a central and convenient option. While our immediate complex is walkable, a car or boat is necessary for accessing most local sights and amenities.
